This notice covers the PlayNow Clubs website and its demo form, not a customer’s separate application.

Who handles your request

PlayNowClubs is registered in Kosovo. For questions about your information, email info@playnowclubs.com.

Demo enquiries

When you send the form, we receive your name, business name, email address, preferred meeting date and time, time zone, and any optional message. We use these details to answer your request and arrange a demo. The required fields let us identify and reply to you; you can leave the message blank. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive information.

We process a request you send us to take steps before a possible agreement with you. If you contact us on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to that business enquiry. Sending this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Hosting and email

Hostinger provides this website and its email service. Your request passes through its hosting systems and is emailed to info@playnowclubs.com; it is not stored in a separate website database. As an international provider, Hostinger may process information outside Kosovo. Hostinger’s data-processing information explains its service arrangements.

To limit misuse, the form keeps request counts based on hashed network addresses for a rolling 24-hour limit; old counts are removed when another request is processed. It does not put your message or raw IP address in that counter. The hosting provider may also handle technical connection logs to serve and secure the site.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep demo enquiries while discussing your request. If you become a customer, we keep relevant correspondence while our business relationship continues. When that purpose ends, we delete information we no longer need, unless a legal obligation or a specific legal claim requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can email us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to object to or request limits on its use. You can also complain to the Kosovo Information and Privacy Agency. Legal exceptions may apply to a request.

Cookies

Our website code does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It does not store form entries in browser storage or load external fonts.
